Our June CE event and Installation Dinner were held at the Chateau Briand in Carle Place. For a special meeting, we had a special topic – not gram negative bacteremia or hepatitis – but, Empathy. Dr. Robert Berger, Director of Pharmacy and Residency Program Director at Huntington Hospital, and LISHP Treasurer, walked us through what empathy means.
