Residency is a unique time in a Pharmacist’s training, where the trainee will encounter challenges, both clinical and non-clinical, and often look to their preceptors and colleagues for support. Networking events like this provide the opportunity for the Resident to realize they have more colleagues with common challenges than they may have realized.
