- Describe the evidence for using doxycycline post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP) in the prevention of sexually transmitted infections
- Identify scenarios and populations where doxycycline PRP is indicated based on risk factors
- Review appropriate dosing/duration, and potential side effects of doxycycline PEP, while considering patient-specific factors and comorbidities
- Develop counseling and communication skills to effectively educate patients and clinicians on the optimal use of doxycycline PRP to prevent STI while mitigating risks of resistance
